Customers returning defective merchandise to us will be reimbursed for shipping.

ONLYBATTERYPACKS will refund any purchase within 30 days.

Return of products that are in working order are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will not include the shipping fee paid for the order. Orders that are damaged in return shipping will not be accepted. We carefully package your order and expect the same packaging on return shipments.

Exchanges will subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return and place a new order, note in the customer comments the order you are returning and once the item is received in unused as new condition we will refund your original order.
